One philosophy I try to live by is simple:
Build with purpose, move with discipline, and never forget where you came from.

I’ve learned that success rarely comes from one big moment. It comes from the decisions you make when nobody is watching—the days you keep working when progress feels slow, the times you have to adjust your plans, and the willingness to keep building after something doesn’t go your way.
For me, discipline matters more than motivation. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what keeps the business moving, the vision alive, and the next opportunity within reach.
I also believe growth should never require you to disconnect from your roots. Where you come from, what you’ve experienced, and the lessons you’ve learned along the way are part of your value. That philosophy is reflected in 420 Fragrance. OG was built around the idea of taking something rooted in culture and presenting it with refinement, confidence, and purpose.
Whether I’m building a business, developing a new idea, or dealing with a setback, I try to remember that I’m building for more than today.
